1. Visa & Work Permit Processing
- Prepare, submit, and monitor applications for Visa, Work Permit, TRC for foreign staff
- Maintain good relationships with relevant authorities
2. Legal Advisory for HR Operations
- Advise expats and internal HR teams on matters related to the Labor Law, employment regulations, and immigration procedures
- Ensure policy updates
3. HR Documentation Compliance
- Maintain personnel files (hard & soft copy) as per regulations
- Track employment contract terms, renewals, and exit formalities
4. Government Reporting & Legal Liaison
- Prepare and submit legal reports to: DOET, DOHA, Immigration, etc.
- Represent company in inspections, audits, or official visits
5. Onboarding & Internal HR Support
- Coordinate legal onboarding for expats (visa/work permit timeline, legal briefings)
- Support HR events/functions involving expat participation
6. Labor Compliance & Employee Relations
- Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling with other stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve complex or sensitive labor relations cases in a timely and effective manner
- Reduced legal exposure and improved employee satisfaction
7. Other Duties Assigned
- Execute tasks as assigned by HR Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably Labor Law or International Law)
English Proficiency: Fluent in reading, writing, and verbal communication (especially for legal documents and expat support)
Work Experience: 2–4 years in legal, visa/HR-related roles, compliance, or employee relations (experience with expats is a plus)
Legal Mindset: Strong understanding of labor regulations, attention to detail, and risk awareness
Communication Skills: Clear, respectful, and discreet communication with both authorities and internal stakeholders
Working Style: Organized, responsible, solution-oriented, deadline-driven and able to work under pressure
