5. Main Responsibilities and Duties
(1) Business Strategy Formulation
- Develop annual sales goals and strategies.
- Prepare annual sales budgets.
- Analyse market trends and competitors.
(2) Business Operation Management
- Track and evaluate regional sales performance.
- Analyse deviations and propose improvement measures.
- Monitor customer payment and after-sales coordination.
(3) Customer and Market Management
- Ensure payment collection and after-sales service.
- Collect overseas customer information and market feedback.
- Assist other departments in resolving customer issues.

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or
Automotive-related field.
- Age 30 - 45; no gender restriction.
7. Work Experience and Competencies
- Over 5 years in the automotive parts industry, with 3+ years in regional
management.
- Strong market development and sales management ability.
- Familiar with automotive business operations and distribution channels.
- Language Proficiency: Preferred: Proficiency in both Chinese and English. 
- Minimum Requirement: Proficiency in English.
- Excellent negotiation, planning, and execution skills.
- Strategic thinking and market analysis abilities.
- Experience in new materials or international automotive standards preferred.
