• Manage and oversee sourcing activities for furniture-related materials, components, and finished goods in Vietnam.
• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with qualified local suppliers that meet company quality, price, and delivery standards.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and supply conditions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with the procurement, production, and design teams to ensure product development and production timelines are met.
• Conduct market research and supplier audits to ensure up-to-date knowledge of material availability and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier databases.
• Provide regular updates and sourcing reports to Chinese-speaking management in Chinese.
• Nationality: Vietnamese
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product sourcing or procurement in the furniture industry
• Solid negotiation skills and understanding of local supplier networks and industry standards
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience working with Chinese-invested enterprises or ERP systems is a plus
• Willingness to travel to supplier sites as needed
Salary: 35,000,000 - 70,000,000 VND (depending on experience)
