• Oversee all production operations in the furniture manufacturing plant, including production planning, execution, progress tracking, and quality control.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as warehouse, procurement, engineering, and QA/QC to ensure seamless and efficient production processes.
• Manage workforce allocation, create shift schedules, monitor productivity, and provide hands-on training to production teams.
• Supervise the use of materials, machines, and tools to control costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety standards, fire prevention regulations, and industrial hygiene protocols.
• Track and analyze key production KPIs, resolve production issues, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular production reports in Chinese to Chinese-speaking management or the company headquarters.
• Nationality: Vietnamese
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written)
• Education: Bachelor’s or college degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Production, Woodworking or other relevant technical fields related to furniture
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of direct experience in the furniture or wood industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex production workflows
• Experience working with Chinese-invested factories
Salary: 35 - 70 million VND/month
