1. Responsible for implementing and improving warehousing management systems and processes, standardizing operational procedures, optimizing internal workflows, and ensuring their effective execution;
2. Responsible for warehouse management, improving the warehouse management manual, strictly controlling inventory, increasing the turnover rate of warehouse materials, and maximizing the capacity of each warehouse;
3. In accordance with warehouse management regulations, ensure clear accounting of inventory, conduct regular warehouse inventory counts, and ensure the accuracy of inventory data;
4. Arrange for timely receipt of goods from suppliers based on the return goods plan to complete the warehousing operations;
5. Complete urgent replenishment and routine replenishment requirements within the specified time frame;
6. Develop monthly work plans for the department, lead and supervise employees to complete target tasks, and track and inspect the execution of various work systems to ensure collaboration with upstream and downstream departments;
7. Systematically cultivate and empower subordinates to enhance their work capabilities and qualities;
8. Carefully handle assessments, rewards, and penalties for employees based on employee evaluations and reward and punishment methods;
9. Review business quality, establish improvement plans, and implement them;
10. Explore automation models to increase storage space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution;
2. Work Experience: Over 7 years of warehousing management experience in e-commerce logistics, large fast-moving consumer goods, or manufacturing industries;
3. Knowledge and Skills: Goal-oriented execution ability, capable of developing and implementing corresponding strategies based on established objectives; possess certain data analysis skills to identify anomalies and optimization opportunities based on data.
4. Qualities and Abilities: Strong organizational and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility and team spirit; clear logical thinking, excellent communication skills, good self-learning and motivation, strong sense of responsibility, good work ethic and professional integrity, possessing priority leadership skills.
