Contact with shipping line/ airline/ agency of shipping line to get NOA, Debit Note, Invoice...
Submit Manifest on VNSW, revise Manifest if any
Submit SI/VGM, issue Bill & Insurance
Contact with PIC’s CWO to open cargo file in CWO system. Then making Debit note of shipments
Issue NOA, Debit note and release DO & EDO for customer
Follow with Logistics Department about Customs Declaration status and Delivery schedule to customer's warehouse as plan to update for related parties
Make payment for shipping line, vendor, agent
Fulfill data and close cargo files, make report form as leader's request.
Perform other duties as assigned: support team leader to check sailing schedule, check rate with agent/ carrier
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Fluent in Chinese
1-2 year of experience in shipping and logistics operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., VNSW, CWO).
Salary range: 12-20 million VND.
