As we continue to expand in the frozen food market, we are looking for a Distributor Development Manager to develop and manage distribution channels to ensure market
coverage and penetration. This position will report directly to the Business Development Director, and you will be a key member of our distribution team.
Job Overview:
Responsible for developing and managing distribution channels to ensure market coverage and penetration for frozen food, reporting directly to the Business Development Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement distribution strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Organize training and support for distributors.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Regularly report distribution performance.
• Associate degree or above.
• At least 3 years of experience in FMCG distribution or sales.
• Familiarity with distribution channel operations, with proven selling experience and established distributor networks preferred.
• Business-level proficiency in English or Chinese.
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) with strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation:
• Salary package: 40-60 million VND per month, including base salary and commission.
• Standard travel allowance, flexible working hours, and remote work policy.
