Job Overview:
Responsible for sales and marketing in modern channels (MTKA) and HORECA, reporting directly to the Business Development Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends.
• Organise sales and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with other teams.
• Regularly report sales performance.
Requirements:
• Associate degree or above.
• At least 3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Familiarity with modern channels and HORECA markets, with proven selling
experience and established connections in supermarket procurement/key persons
preferred.
• Business-level proficiency in English or Chinese.
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) with strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation:
• Salary package: 40-60 million VND per month, including base salary and commission.
• Standard travel allowance, flexible working hours, and remote work policy.
