1. Cooperate with sales to promote high and low voltage VFD products to approved target customers, conduct technical communication, collect customer product requirements and competitor information, and report to the company.
2. Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer support, explain product performance, assist with product selection, guide product trial and commissioning, and resolve product issues.
3. Maintain ongoing relationships with technical personnel of target customers, understand changes in their product selection and new product development, and promote the adaptation of our industry products accordingly.
