1. Responsible for establishing the company's quality management system, organizing the formulation of quality management policies, standards, and processes, and supervising their implementation.
2. Based on the company’s development strategy, formulate departmental development plans, set annual quality management objectives, prepare the department’s annual budget, and organize implementation to support overall business goals.
3. According to operational management needs, improve and optimize departmental organizational structure and job allocation, rationalize workforce structure, and enhance per capita productivity and efficiency.
4. In line with the company’s performance management system, refine departmental performance evaluation indicators and targets, regularly conduct performance reviews and coaching for subordinates, and drive employee performance improvement.
5. Take full responsibility for quality management, including supervision of quality-related project execution and evaluation of results.
6. Oversee feedback handling and improvement implementation for quality complaints and customer returns.
7. Regularly analyze and review data from quality management activities, initiate and track improvement projects based on actual needs, and manage their progress.
8. In alignment with the company’s talent development strategy and competency requirements, develop annual training plans and supervise their implementation.
1. College degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, APQP, etc., and has led at least 3 quality improvement projects.
3. Fluent in English, with the ability to independently write quality reports in English.
4. Willing to be stationed in Vietnam long-term; Southeast Asia work experience is preferred.
5. Experience in quality management within the packaging and printing industry is preferred.
