1. KOL Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok KOL influencer strategy aligned with brand objectives, market trends, and consumer insights in Indonesia.
- Create campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion, with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
2. KOL Research and Identification:
- Identify and establish relationships with top-tier and micro-influencers in Indonesia who align with the brand’s values, target audience, and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and emerging influencers to ensure the brand is always at the forefront of the platform.
3. Campaign Execution & Management:
- Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign execution, from briefing and content creation to final delivery and performance analysis.
- Ensure influencers’ content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and overall marketing strategy.
4. Collaboration and Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and compensation with influencers and influencer agencies to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, PR, and marketing) to ensure influencer content is integrated seamlessly into the overall marketing strategy.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor the performance of KOL campaigns on TikTok, track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and influencer impact.
6. Community Building:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to foster loyalty and repeat collaborations.
- Engage in community management by interacting with influencers’ audiences and ensuring positive brand sentiment.
7. Market and Competitor Insights:
- Monitor competitors' influencer strategies on TikTok and analyze trends in influencer marketing within Indonesia’s digital landscape.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve and adapt the influencer strategy.

Proven experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, ideally in the
TikTok ecosystem, preferably within Indonesia or Southeast Asia.

Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and best practices.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box to create viral
content.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
