Strategic Synergy &
Business Support


l  Gain an in-depth
understanding of the company’s and supported business units’ strategic
objectives, product portfolio and business models, and assist in driving the
implementation and execution of strategies.


l  Participate in the
formulation of annual and mid-to-long term strategic plans, and support the
decomposition of strategic goals and the design of business development
paths.


l  Establish a
strategic execution tracking mechanism, regularly monitor the achievement of
key business indicators, identify risks and drive corrective actions.


l  Act as a
collaboration bridge between business and functional departments,
facilitating cross-departmental resource integration and operational synergy.


2.        
Business Target
Management & Budget Control


l  Lead the
organization of annual business planning and budget preparation, collaborate
with finance and business teams to set revenue targets, cost budgets, expense
control and profit planning.


l  Promote the tiered
decomposition of business objectives and establish a business indicator
system at the business unit / department / project level.


l  Monitor budget
execution, conduct business variance analysis, and provide recommendations
for business optimization, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.


l  Participate in
major investment decisions and project evaluations, support business resource
allocation and ROI assessment.


3.        
 Business Analysis & Data-Driven Decision
Support


l  Establish a
business analysis system and regularly produce business analysis reports
(covering revenue, gross margin, expense structure, cash flow, per capita
efficiency and other key indicators).


l  Identify business
growth opportunities and operational risks through data analysis and provide
decision-making support and recommendations.


l  Promote the
standardization and digital management of business data and collaborate with
IT and finance to build a business data platform.


l  Participate in key
business meetings and provide data-driven insights and strategic
recommendations.


4.        
Project Business Management & Process
Control


l  Participate in
business forecasting and process tracking of key business or R&D
projects.


l  Establish a project
business monitoring mechanism to track project progress, cost input, resource
utilization and revenue forecasting.


l  Drive project
review and business evaluation and accumulate project management experience
and business models.


l  Assist in promoting
the standardization of project management and the optimization of the
business management system.


5.        
Organizational Operational Efficiency
Improvement


l  Participate in
organizational structure design and business operation model optimization to
improve cross-organizational collaboration efficiency.


l  Promote process
optimization and operational management enhancement, reducing operational
redundancy and resource waste.


l  Collaborate with HR
and finance departments to drive workforce efficiency management and
organizational effectiveness evaluation.


l  Support the
development of business management policies, processes and standard systems.


6.        
Risk Control & Compliance Management


l  Participate in the
identification of business risks and the development of control mechanisms to
prevent operational and financial risks.


l  Supervise the
compliance of major business activities to ensure standardized corporate
governance.


l  Participate in risk
assessments for contract reviews, investment evaluations and major commercial
decisions.


l  Drive continuous
improvement of the internal control system.


7.        
Business Management System Development


l  Build the company’s
business management system, including a closed loop of target management,
budget management, business analysis and performance management.


l  Promote the
application of digital tools and systems for business management to improve
management efficiency.


l  Continuously
optimize business management methodologies to enhance the organization’s
operational maturity.


l  Participate in the
development of the company’s operational management standards and business
management culture.

Educational Background


l 
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Financial
Management, Economics, Operations Management, or related fields.


Work Experience


l  At least 10 years
of relevant experience in corporate business management, financial analysis,
or operations management.


l  Minimum 3 years of
experience in financial analysis or business unit management.


l  Experience in
high-end manufacturing or R&D-oriented enterprises is preferred.


Skills


l  Solid business
analysis capabilities, familiar with budget management, cost control, and
financial analysis logic.


l  Strong business
acumen, able to quickly understand business models and profit logic.


l  Excellent
cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills, with the ability
to drive complex initiatives to completion.


l  Proficient in data
analysis tools and office software (Excel, BI tools, etc.);


l  Project management
capabilities and systematic thinking.


l  Good English
reading and written communication skills.
