Establish and implement policies and systems during the factory setup phase, including attendance management, HR administration (social insurance, labor contracts, onboarding and offboarding), document management, training, compensation and benefits, and office administration;
Manage recruitment for factory employees;
Oversee attendance tracking and payroll calculation;
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, contract execution, and social insurance procedures;
Open to all genders, aged between 30–45; Diploma or above in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields;
Fluent in Chinese, with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role in a mid-sized company in Vietnam (approximately 400–500 employees);
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations, with the ability to manage local government relations;
Proficient in MS Office and financial software, with strong communication and coordination skills.
