1. General HR & Administrative Tasks
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, contract signing and renewal processes;
• Manage office administration: office supplies, travel arrangements, workplace maintenance;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese labor laws.
2. HR Performance & Development Support
• Assist in building and implementing performance evaluation systems, helping employees set clear work goals;
• Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction and culture;
• Coordinate staff training, evaluation, and development activities.
3. HRBP Support for Business Team
• Follow up on headcount status, personnel changes, and operations of the livestream team;
• Support with internal HR matters: resignation handling, suggestions, organizational adjustments;
• Contribute to writing and updating job descriptions and organizational structures.
4. Recruitment Support (if experienced)
• Post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews;
• Collaborate with recruitment platforms and headhunters when needed;
• Stay updated on labor market trends, especially for specific roles like KOLs, streamers, etc.
• Vietnamese nationality, proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for daily work;
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Languages or related fields;
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles;
• Solid understanding of HR processes and labor law;
• Detail-oriented, proactive, good communication skills, and a service-minded attitude;
• Experience in livestreaming or e-commerce industries is a plus.
Salary Range: upto 22 million VND/month
