• Supervise and manage the entire quality control process specifically for furniture production.
• Establish and strictly enforce quality standards to ensure all furniture products meet customer and export requirements.
• Collaborate closely with furniture production and technical teams to identify product defects and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor daily QC performance and lead initiatives to reduce non-conformance rates in furniture manufacturing.
• Train, develop, and manage the QC team at the factory.
• Prepare and submit regular quality reports in Chinese to both management and customers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on product quality and production efficiency within the furniture industry.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in quality control/assurance within the furniture or manufacturing industry.
• Language: Proficient in Chinese for daily communication and reporting.
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of QC processes, defect tracking, and product specifications in the furniture sector.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Other: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
