- Provide after-sales technical support for company equipment.
- Maintain close communication with clients to understand their latest needs.
- Promptly track and resolve customer feedback, maintain relationships, and
troubleshoot technical issues.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
Education & Experience:
- Malepreferred (due to fieldwork requirements).
- Diploma or higher in Electrical Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or related fields.
Priority given to candidates with:
- Relevant work experience
- Electrician certification
- Bachelor’s degree required for fresh graduates.
Language & Nationality:
- Vietnamese national.
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) preferred.
- English proficiency required if Chinese is not available.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.
- Meticulous planning skills, integrity, and teamwork spirit.
Field Support:
- Willing to provide on-site support as needed.
Training Requirement:
- 1–2months of training in China (factory or client site) upon joining.
Compensation & Benefits:
- BaseSalary: 4,000 RMB/month
- Monthly Performance Bonus: 2,000 RMB/month
Evaluation Criteria:

- 90%first-time installation/repair success rate

Year-End Bonus: 1–2 months’ base salary (based on annual performance review, calculated at 4,000 RMB/month)
