• Lead and Drive Sales Team Performance
- Manage and lead a team of Account Managers to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Ensure the team is aligned with Samsung SDS Vietnam’s long-term growth strategy and business objectives.
• Generate and Close New Business Opportunities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing—to ensure continuous revenue growth.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Success
- Work closely with customers, business partners, and internal teams to win strategic deals, and ensure seamless project execution with high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong track record of delivering results.
• At least 6 years of proven success in Sales and Marketing, preferably in enterprise technology or solution-based selling.
• Solid understanding of modern IT solutions including AI, Cloud, MES, RPA, etc with the ability to confidently explain concepts and business value to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners
• A well-established network within BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) and large enterprise sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Strong active listening and consultative selling capabilities to drive team and client success.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in multinational or foreign-invested companies (e.g., IBM, AWS, Microsoft, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Salary Policy: Up to 100 Mil VND gross + Bonus KPI
+ 3 times bonus for a year on the basic salary (The ratio calculation is based on the company's business not on the 100% of the basic salary. The bonus will be paid one time on Lunar New Year and 2 others will paid during the year)
